Pathways

Find the route that fits the player.

Three pathways, one first step.

Three destination pathways

Different ambitions. Different routes.

Possible routes, not guaranteed results. A player can move from one to another.

Every route starts here

A player consultation.

Before any pathway, the ID11 team gets to know the player and family: level, position, ambitions and situation. Then we recommend where the player could be in one to two years, and in three to five. Some players are not ready yet, and we will say so.

  4. ProgressNext steps, reviewed as the player grows.
