How it works

  1. Tell us about the playerA short online assessment: position, level, age, goals and where the player would like to be based.
  2. We connect with youA member of the sporting team, not an algorithm. We aim to reply within 48 hours. The player and family will then be invited to discuss pathway options.
  3. We create a transformational pathwayIf a pathway fits: the hub, the programme and the timeline, with a written plan tailored to the player's needs to take away.

“We would meet with your family, our staff and our team would get to know you as a player.”

If the player chooses Study & Play

A degree that travels with them.

Study & Play students earn a bachelor's degree from ISC Paris Business School, accredited by AACSB and AMBA. The credits they earn are internationally transferable, so their studies keep counting if football takes them to another country.

Costs & investment

Cost depends on the pathway, the hub or academy, how long the programme runs and the player's own circumstances. A full degree pathway is a bigger commitment than football alone.

Your written quote states

  • The fee and the period it covers
  • What is included and what is not
  • The payment schedule
  • Whether any foundation or scholarship support applies
  • Agreements, terms and programme changes

If cost is the obstacle, say so at the start. We will tell you honestly whether any foundation or scholarship support could apply.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

The questions parents ask most. Where the exact answer depends on the hub and dates, we say when and how you receive it.

Who is responsible for the player?

Each hub has a named regional lead who lives there. You receive their name and contact before arrival.

Where will the player live?

Accommodation is confirmed in writing for the hub and dates, including who else lives there and who supervises.

What does a normal week look like?

Training, matches and, on Study & Play, lectures. A sample weekly schedule for the hub is shared during the conversation stage.

Who provides the coaching?

The partner academy at each hub: It's Your Time Football in Paris and 1. Jugend-Fußball-Schule Köln in Cologne. In Spain, UEFA A licensed coaches within a competitive professional framework.

What educational arrangements exist?

On Study & Play, a bachelor's degree with ISC Paris Business School. The school decides admission and awards the degree.

How do admissions work?

An online enquiry, a review by the sporting team, then a conversation with the player and family. If a pathway fits, you receive it in writing.

What happens in an emergency?

You receive the hub's emergency procedure and a number that is answered at any hour before the player travels.

What are the medical and insurance arrangements?

What is covered, what is excluded and what the family arranges is set out in writing for the hub.

What are the visa and travel requirements?

They depend on the player's nationality and the length of stay. We tell you what is required and who prepares each document. Families book flights.

What does the programme cost?

It depends on the pathway, hub and length. You receive a written quote before committing.

What if the player is injured?

The medical, insurance and refund position for injuries is part of the written agreement. Ask for it before you commit.

What if no professional opportunity comes?

Professional football is one possible route, never a promise. Study & Play, continued competitive football and careers beyond football are real outcomes too.

How does the family communicate with the team?

You agree how often you hear from us, from whom, and what an update contains.

How old do I need to be?

The pathway is for players aged 16 to 24. Below 16, the answer is usually not yet.

What level do I need to be playing at?

You need regular competitive football, such as club, academy, high school or college. It is not a starting point for new players.

Is a professional contract guaranteed?

No. ID11 never guarantees a trial, contract or scholarship. It opens a route and is honest about the odds.

What does ID11 want from a club?

A genuine partnership that gives players exposure to decision-makers and gives clubs access to profiles they might otherwise miss.

Do you charge clubs?

Terms are agreed individually with each organisation. Start a conversation to get specifics.

We are a brand.

Brands have a separate commercial partnership route. Tell us what you have in mind and we will direct you to the right contact.
